1. New skatepark - the concrete base has been laid, and construction work continues.

2. Hub building - the frame of the new building is now up.

3. Central/Island path - work continues on building the path, which will connect the hub building, to the Island.

4. New bridge - on either side of the bank, scaffolding poles have been erected, in preparation for the building of the new bridge.

5. Tennis courts - construction work continues on building the new tennis courts located next to and near the former Gardners Compound Depot.

6. New Community building - most of the external structure now built, interior fitting out work underway.

7. New bowling green - base and walls in place, works ongoing.

8. Fallen tree - a medium size tree is lying flat in the path, which runs alongside the Lloyd Park Centre. It would appear that the tree was one of several trees, lining the pathway. I presume the wind blew it down.

9. New whips - no signs of vandalism yet!
